Who We Are

About Our Church

A community of faith that has called Weldon, New Brunswick home for well over a century — gathering, growing, and giving back together.

Inside Weldon United Baptist Church
Our Identity

A Church Built on Love & Faith

Weldon United Baptist Church is more than a building on Route 114 — it is a living, breathing community of people bound together by faith, hope, and a deep commitment to one another.

We are a congregation that honours the traditions of the Baptist faith while remaining open to growth, change, and the many ways the Spirit moves in our midst. Located in the rural heart of Albert County, we serve not just the village of Weldon but the broader network of families who travel to worship and find support within our walls.

What We Stand For

Our Core Values

These values are not aspirations — they are the daily commitments that shape how we worship, serve, and relate to one another and the world.

Authentic Worship

We approach worship with reverence and sincerity — through Scripture, song, prayer, and the sacraments — honouring God with all that we are.

Radical Welcome

Every person who walks through our doors is received with dignity and warmth. There are no prerequisites for belonging here.

Genuine Community

We invest deeply in relationships — bearing one another's burdens, celebrating milestones, and being present in the hard seasons of life.

Faithful Service

We believe that serving others is an act of worship. From local outreach to care for the vulnerable, service is woven into who we are.

Biblical Integrity

The Word of God is our foundation. We study Scripture together, allow it to challenge us, and seek to live out its teachings in practical, everyday ways.

Lifelong Discipleship

Faith is a journey. We walk together through every season of life — from childhood to old age — growing deeper in faith and wisdom.
