Pastoral Team

Senior Pastor

Lead Pastor

Shepherds the congregation with wisdom and care, leading Sunday worship, providing pastoral counselling, and overseeing the spiritual direction of our church.

Associate Pastor

Family & Youth Ministry

Dedicated to the growth and care of families and young people, coordinating youth ministry, children's programming, and family support initiatives.

Outreach Coordinator

Community & Outreach

Coordinates volunteer efforts, local partnerships, and pastoral care for those in need throughout the Weldon region.

Governance

Board of Deacons

Our deacons serve alongside the pastoral team, providing oversight, spiritual care, and practical support to the congregation and its ministries.

Board Chair

Provides leadership for the board, facilitating governance and accountability structures of the congregation with integrity and care.

Deacon — Pastoral Care

Congregational Care

Oversees the congregation's pastoral care network, coordinating visitation, grief support, and practical assistance for members in difficulty.

Deacon — Finance

Financial Stewardship

Responsible for the faithful stewardship of the church's financial resources, ensuring transparency and alignment with the congregation's mission.

Children's & Sunday School

Children's Ministry Director

Oversees all programming for children, recruiting and equipping Sunday School teachers and volunteers.

Music & Worship

Worship Ministry Leader

Leads the worship team in Sunday services, coordinating music and the development of congregational worship life.

Senior Adult Ministry

Senior Saints Coordinator

Plans and facilitates fellowship events and programming for senior adult members, ensuring they feel valued and connected.
